Terms and conditions

This deal is intended for new drivers and will include a controls lesson which focuses on getting to grips with the basics of the vehicle followed by starting and stopping. 

This is a perfect way to have a go at driving and see if our Instructors/ vehicle is for you!

Package discounts are offered to help students budget finances, have regular lessons on agreed times/ dates and reward those committing to learning with discounts from 8-15%. 

We understand that life is not always predictable so we try to be as lenient and flexible as possible however we do require 48 hours notice to cancel or change a lesson. 

Under expectational circumstances we are happy to waive this however under normal circumstances the lesson fee will be deducted as per usual.

For safe and easy payment, prepayment is required to book lessons - this is normally via bank transfer. 

We can accept cash to book in future lessons this can be discussed with your instructor!

To take students for their test we require every student to be at test standard, we offer mock tests for a realistic practical test experience.

We can not take anyone for their test who is not ready for obvious safety reasons.

We fully recommend booking tests in advance and planning sufficient learning with our instructors (or in your own time) prior to the test date so that any last minute issues can be avoided.

If you are not happy with our instructors decision that you are not ready for your practical test you are most welcome to seek a different driving schools opinion.

We understand that for various reasons refunds may be required, this are always processed ASAP (please allow upto 2 working days). 

Refunds from package prices will be issued at the standard rate - package price. For example a 10HR package if you have used 2HRS of this package and require a refund you will be refunded 10HR package - 2HR standard rate = refund.

We understand that life happens and on a very rare occasion you may forget a lesson. If you are in any doubt please ask your instructor who will be happy to provide you with a list of dates and times for any lessons you have booked in. 

Our instructors will always message when at the pick up location and wait for 15 minutes, following this the instructor will message again to confirm they are leaving as we do not expect them to sit at the pick up location for 2 hours. If you respond to the messages our instructors will be happy to return to complete the remainder of the lesson. 

As our instructors are self employed and running a business (most importantly with other students to help) if you do not turn up for your lesson or provide at least 48 hours notice your lesson will be charged in line with your current package price and our instructors will look forward to seeing you for your next booking.

In line with standard practice whilst you are in the drivers seat you are responsible. Our instructors will always warn you and assist verbally then physically with any matters relating to speed or unsafe driving however ultimately it is your licence. 

Any fine or penalty points incurred whilst you are driving we are legally obliged to pass details on to the relevant authority. Our instructors will always explain this in more information however if you are in any doubt please ask!
